Work Christmas Party

Every year Jeff's work has a great big and fun Christmas party. We look forward to it every year.

First we did crafts. Aubrey picked a snowflake ornament,

and Brooke picked a Christmas lights necklace.

Aubrey with her ornament.

Trying to get some cute pics by the display. Brooke was not really cooperating - surprise, surprise.

But Aubrey was just a posing away.

Donuts and show time.

Then we went to the game area. First was balloon stomping.

Then a little ice fishing.

Next was the cake walk. (They really should come up with a new name for this because nobody gives out cake anymore!)

They even had pinatas there.

Going in for the candy.

We decided not to stand in the super long line for pics with Santa, so we went with this Santa instead -No line at all!

Playing pin the nose on Rudolph.

Taking one last picture on the way out. Fun times!

Jeff's Birthday

As is tradition in our family, the girls had a fun time planning and throwing a birthday party for their daddy. First was birthday dinner on the truck themed place settings the girls picked out. (Poor Aubrey had pink eye,  that's why she looks a little droopy in all the pics.)

The girls decided to play games and get little prizes after each game. So they picked the games and we went to the dollar store for prizes.

Playing with their first prize.

More games!

Too much fun with the party blower thingys.

For one of the prizes they picked little foam airplanes that we put together.

The completed planes.

 Card and present time!

The girls are always kind enough to help open presents!

Jeff doesn't really like cake, but he loves Little Debbie's. So we had those instead!

We hope you had a fun party and a Happy Birthday!

Random Christmas Fun

My girls are dressed for church in front of their decorated Christmas tree.

Here's the other tree they decorated on their own.

Daddy helped them set up the train under the tree a few days later.

Trains are so much fun!

When Jeff was little he wanted a Christmas tree in his room. So his dad made him one out of a box. Jeff decided to make one for the girls. They had fun coloring it.

The next day they wanted to decorate it some more. I happened to have pretty red and green glitter glue that they painted all over it.

Posing for Mommy on another Sunday in December.

Writing their letters to Santa.

Taking their Santa Letters to the "Make a Wish" mailbox.

The girls made water color paintings of the nativity at art class. I think they both turned out darling.

Building a snowman with Daddy. He lasted pretty much all winter - he just melted during the last couple of weeks.
