Library Time with Beckham

 Summer and Beckham met up with us for Storytime at the library when they were here.

Fun at the Park

 This summer Aubrey finally triumphed over the fireman's pole. She has been trying to get up the courage to do the fireman's pole for 2 years now. She was so excited when she finally did it!!

 A couple days later we went to the park again. And guess who else did the fireman's pole all by herself? - Brooke! That girl HAS to do everything her sister does!

So excited that she did it!

My Little Model

 Aubrey often asks me to take pictures of her posing or doing something fun. One day she ran in with her bat and asked me to take pictures of her posing with it. 

Too bad the lighting was so terrible cause she looked darling!

This one makes me laugh because it's so typical Brooke. She knew I was doing something with Aubrey and so had to be a part of it. The little monkey.

Halloween in July

 We've been so busy having a fun end of Summer and beginning of the new school year that I haven't had any time to blog about it! So now that things are settling down I will commence the task of catching up!

We participated in the Summer Reading Programs of a couple local libraries this year. For coming to the activities the girls were rewarded with a Halloween in July party. 

They got to get all dressed up in costumes.

They got lots of candy.

 

 They played lots of games.

They even got to talk to a puppet.

They got their fortunes told to them too.

Then they got to enjoy a little candy before we returned home.

Fun times! I'm glad they have lots of free and fun things for us to do at the local libraries!

Yay! Summer and Beckham are here!

 We've been looking forward to the Carlile clan coming for a visit from Japan. They have been relocated there for work and have been gone about 6 months.

 My girls were very excited to have another baby cousin around. I think Aubrey is trying to play hide and seek in this pic.

Beckham and Summer came to our house for dinner that night and Brooke happily helped feed Beckham his dinner.
