Christmas Morning

The morning of all mornings finally came! We were all so excited that is was Christmas morning!

 Brookie got her purple baby that she had been asking for!

Aubrey asked for many many things. Santa brought her an Art Easel and Princess dress up clothes.

Then onto the stockings

They both had a lot of fun finding all of their little gifts.

Brooke even got some make-up of her own - which she loves!

Aubrey got her very own fingernail polish that she can put on herself. She was thrilled about this. She had to go and try it out immediately. In fact she told me that this was her favorite thing that she got for Christmas.

Brooke just Loves her baby. The other day she was hugging her and said, "I love purple baby."

When there was finally a lull in the playing we began the present opening.

We took almost 3 hours between Santa gifts and opening presents because the girls had to open and play with each and every gift. I'm fine with this because it makes it even more fun!

 

This was Brooke's favorite present of the day.

Aubrey got her very own Real Digital Camera from us. So, she had to take some pictures of all the fun.

She wanted to take a picture of Brooke with the puzzle she just opened.

Brooke has never been that into stuffed animals, but she got an Elmo from cousin Tyler and

a Minnie Mouse from G&G Buell that she just loves. She likes cuddling with them at night now.

Aubrey was so excited to get a Mickey Mouse. She got a Minnie from us last year and she thought it was fun that now she had a Mickey and a Minnie doll.

Our girls are lucky little girls because Mommy does the Christmas shopping in October and November. But, then Daddy gets in the spirit a couple weeks before Christmas and gets them more presents from him.

We took a long time opening presents and we hadn't had breakfast yet. I found Brooke rummaging around in the pantry and realized that the poor thing must be hungry. She looked so cute watching the rest of us open presents while sitting on a box and eating pretzels.

 

The surprise of the day came from Jeff. He got us tickets to Disneyland! We are all so excited to go in the Spring! Gotta love my face!

 When we went into the kitchen to make breakfast the girls discovered their babies they opened the night before.

So it was more playing for them.

 

After breakfast we went back to the cabin to spend the rest of the day and night. Aubrey was super excited to get to spend the night there. More pics to come of the rest of Christmas!
