Pickles

 This is what Jeff's been up to lately:


. . . making and canning pickles from the cucumbers he grew in our garden.


 Dill pickles

And Bread and Butter pickles.


One can did not seal properly so we got to eat them early. They were delicious even though they had only cured for 3 days instead of the 30 days that they are supposed to.

We are going to enjoy these yummy pickles all winter long!
