I failed to post last week. I didn't loose any weight last week :(. I forgot to post on Monday and then remembered half way through the week but then figured it was too late.
This last week I lost 2 lbs. I feel really good though - so I was expecting a bit more. I think that's because I was able to exercise more this week. Still not perfect but much improved.
So my total weight loss is 17 pounds.
