Week - oops I lost count!

I haven't been weighing myself on a weekly basis anymore, since I was on a plateau for so long. This last Monday I was feeling like I may have lost some weight, so I stepped on the scale. I had lost 2 lbs - yipee. I didn't do a thing differently, and in fact had not exercised once the previous week because I was so busy with preparations for the girls party. So I don't know how I managed to loose weight - but I'm super glad I did!

So now my grand total is 56 pounds lost!

Now that the birthdays are over and many of our activities are coming to an end, I may make a plan for losing my last 25ish pounds.
